Eat healthy things, this might be hard, but is very important. It has to come from the inside remember ;)

And also clean it very well every morning and evening, and maybe still use that face wash of yours.

Also you can try and ask girls with similar skin as you how they keep the spots away. Or even ask salesman, they know what to do.

Although it's been proved that eating chocolate and fried foods doesn't cause pimples or acne, eating a healthy balanced diet sure helps preventing them.

Banana, Oats, Honey, Cucumber are the most commonly known skin savers.

Drinking lots of water helps keep oil under control and regulate the body. Trust me; it makes a huge difference.

Make sure to wash your face every night and morning (preferably with warm water as it helps open pores). Sometimes after work or school is a good idea too as the street is full of air pollution that your skin soaks up. Even missing a washing could mean waking up with 3 fresh ones in the morning.

If you're a regular pimple victim make sure you have suitable face wash for your skin. Don't go buying acne skin care after just a few breakouts. I bought proactive and got screamed at by my facialist because I basically fried my skin and only caused more problems with the strong chemicals from the product.

Excercise helps your skin breathe, and sweat naturally cleanses the skin (just make sure to wash afterwards).

If your skin gets oily during the day don't delay washing. If you're at work or school it's a good idea to buy Chinese Paper strips from the chemist or department store. They're expensive, but they work well and soak up all the oil on your face without water.

Moisturizor and toner are also important. Toner helps balance the oil in the skin. Finding the right moisturizer is hard to do, but it's worth the hunt. If your moisturizor is too oily it will probably clog your pores. If your moisturizor is too dry your skin will try to compinsate by providing more oil and SHOCK HORROR cause more pimples.

AND DON'T PICK AT YOUR PIMPLES.

If you have one in the middle of your chin just waiting to be popped wait till it gets that white/yellow end and wash your hands then go for it. Then put toothpaste or benzol peroxide on it. If bleeding occurs stop immediatly or you might scar your face.

Over and out
I found that ';anti-spot'; face washes stripped away all the natural oils on my skin and my skin produced more oil and overcompensated. Now I use a facewash from here: www.beautynaturals.com which is natural and sodium laureth sulphate free and my skin has calmed down loads.

Also drink plenty of water and avoid eating a diet of solely sugar (diet doesn't play a factor unless your diet is really really bad). If you live in McDonalds, it isn't doing your skin any favours.

If all else fails, go to the docs. I was on antibiotics for years, which helped, but after a while they gave me this stuff called Roaccutane which is based on vitamin A and speeds up your cell renewal. It makes your skin very dry, but definately helps with spots (they'll only put you on it after you've done the antibios thing for quite a while, or if your spots are so bad it is causing scarring).
It's to do with yr diet, chocolate %26amp; fatty stuff cause the spots.

When I have spots I used (always) a medicated concealer. With this I am able to hide the spot %26amp; the medicine in the concealer heals it.

I found it hard to get these from Clearisil anymore, they used to make a fantastic one- all I can find now is made by Witch.

Ask whoever is on the counter for the medicated concealer, it's the best way.
All the creams and washes you are using are probably blocking your pores and making your skin more greasy thus leading to an increase of spots. Try to avoid to many sugary foods, and drink plenty of water and make sure u buy products that are suitable for your skin type. x
Wash ur face more often with cold water and plain soup and use ur hands, stay away from chocolates and fats, stay as far as you possible can from stress, coz the researchers have found out that stress is one of the reasons behind spots
toothpaste, if i ever get a spot i put toothpaste on it and it works a treat, i know u don't want to use creams but can i suggest sudocrem, i know its generally on babies but its gr8 for skin
If your a girl, stop wearing foundation for a while it blocks your pores,

If your a boy then just keep your face clean by washing every morning and night.
I've heard the natural remedy to spots is Lemon juice.
just keep washing your face m8
drink loads of water and eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg
Cut down on the burgers and fry-ups
