What is the best treatment for spots?

my spots aren't too bad compared to a few people i know, but i was wondering if anybody knew anyways that get rid of spots quickly or stop the bacteria causing them?


the solution cant cost too much either as i dont have much money.

The best ways to prevent spots are actually practically free - get out in the sunshine for fresh air and vitamin D, which is very good for your skin. Wash your face twice a day in warm water (avoid soap - it dries out your pores causing them to create more oils increasing the likelihood of spots) and then splash cold water on it. This causes the pores to close.





Once you have them, dab them with some kind of antiseptic every few hours, TCP or something like that. Also try to avoid touching your face too much as that transfers oils onto it from your fingers which increases spots.

If they are quite bad the best thing to do is get something thats prescription only from your doc.





However if they arent too bad the best thing to use is tea tree oil. Its a natural and antibacterial and is about the best thing you can use. It also dries out the skin so its amazing! It works better than spot creams!





You can buy it in superdrug in a little bottle diluted espeically for spots or they also sell it in a tube (a bit like a lip gloss tube etc) and it has a sponge applicator so it can go straight onto the spot.
