Good mixture or potion to get rid of spots?

Im getting the odd spots, and they are realy sore can anyone help?

now this may seem weird, buy what i do, is: wash the area around the spot, cut the spot so the pus comes out, was away the pus, and put a dab of toothpaste on it. the toothpaste dries out and cleans the spot, so it should go away within a few days.

Men's aftershave works for me, the cheaper the better(don't drink it). Apply it at night and wash off the next day. Also avoid cheap soaps they have a high percentage of pigs fat in them try to use the ranges of dermatological proven soaps, Dove is a good one.





Also if these are spots and not what are generally called 'zits' if they are bad have you seen your doctor about them and possible under-laying causes.
