Why do we have beauty spots?

what are they and how are they made and why do people say that your beautiful if you have them? there kinda annoying.Why do we have beauty spots?
I don't think their annoying at all. I have three of them on my face and I love the way they look. I think their very unique! I also have a lot of them on my neck and chest. Their small, but their really rare and unique. Love yourself no matter what's on your body. Don't look at these beauty marks as something ugly because their not.Why do we have beauty spots?
