Your skin might be too sensitive for that. Why don't you find some skin whitening products around. There's this soap from Diana Stalder (kojic soap) that will help you lighten it up a bit. A whitening cream will do to resolve that issue. Just minimize waxing at the moment and see how you go. Have a look on this one
Try TEND SKIN....u say u have spots and dark spots. So did I...I had the dark spots just try it but give it some time to work it won't be over night. I'd say like 3 mos. don't stress about it just use it when u get out the shower and for get about it. By spring u won't even remember the problem...but continue to use it.
