Stay out of the sun. The spots are more than likely sun damage. You can cover them with make-up or there are products out there that lighten the skin to reduce the appearance of those spots. These products work best in winter time because you are less likely to be in the sun as much. Always wear an SPF 15. You can get moisturizers with it and mineral make-up has SPF in it, not sure of %.
use a mild skin lightening soap and whitening cream, plus a high spf sunscreen to prevent further freckling and sun damage. :-)
Freckles are small tan spots of melanin on the skin of people with fair complexions. Make a smooth paste of oatmeal powder and yogurt, apply on the freckles and leave for 20 minutes and wash with cold water. Check out http://useinfo-freckles.blogspot.com/ for more info.
