Can you get your eyebrows waxed if you have spots on your forehead and in between the eyebrow?

If you have a few pimples in between your eyebrows then this shouldnt really be a problem as beauticians mostly work with the underneath of your eyebrow to shape them and remove excess hair. Im sure you may only have a few stray eyebrow hairs in between which they will use tweezers for therefore, not causing any irritaton to your skin. Can you get your eyebrows waxed if you have spots on your forehead and in between the eyebrow?
if spots are pimples then yes you can get waxed BUT it may make you break out even more
