the best way is to visit a dermatologist. im sure you've heard that before but seriously, they can reccoment you a product thats cheeper then most over the counter products ( with insurence ) and works well.

It may be Ur diet and how Ur body is now reacting to it...or it can be the sun (past/present)...or it can be a change in your hormones.
