WHITEHEADS ARE WHITE WITH WHITE PUS FILLED/ BLACKHEADS ARE LIKE BLACK SPECKS THAT ARE INWARD. EITHER WAY DON'T PICK. THERE ARE PLENTY OF ACNE PRODUCTS THAT DEAL WITH BOTH. Yes, there is a difference. Black heads are a clogged pores (safe to extract). White heads are infected black heads, which shouldn't be extracted by squeezing. You should get lancets and lance them open (you can't feel it). Then you can massage the contents gently out. Make sure your hands and face are clean or you will spread the bacteria.
no it's not bad. it's gross if you don't. and yes there is a difference white is outward/ black is embedded. If you don't pop them it's gross to see them poking out of someones face.
