Is it normal to get more spots when in the sun?

you know those brown dots on your skin i think they are like big freckles cause they look like moles but don't stick out, ya know?

i never go out in the sun but when i do i get more of those, some are more moley meaning they are a tiny bit bumped out.

is it normal to just get more mole things in one day from sun exposure? Is it normal to get more spots when in the sun?
Sometimes, it is normal. What happens is, you have a lot of freckles that are so light, you don't see, or barely see them normally. Then, once you are out in the sun and you get a tan, those freckles also get darker. Because they are more sensitive, they might get a lot darker.

However, if it looks like they are changing shape, or getting significantly bigger, then just take a quick trip to the doc. But, if the change only happened in one shot at the beach, then it's probably nothing. Is it normal to get more spots when in the sun?
Yes, they are called sun spots or ';liver'; spots.

Exposure to the UV light (which you get from the sun) increase the number of sunspots, especially if you have fair skin.

Sun spots don't just appear in a day. They start from under the skin and as you get more and more sun exposure, they gradually move up to the skin surface. So the extra spots that you got did not appear from just 1 day in the sun but from being exposed to UV light often.

Just because you are not in direct sunlight does not mean you are not exposed to UV light. UV light can penetrate windows and cloud.

Wear a sunscreen everyday (even if it's not sunny) to prevent the number of sunspots you get.
