Keeping the skin clean, and less greasy will help, but you will have them for a couple of years. I went to the doctor about 20 years ago and got given a paste like a face mask, but didn't really help. Just try and put up with it, it's all a part of growing up. If it looks worse that your friends, then see the doctor for advice. It will clear up eventually.
