But keep in mind, what you cant fix you feature. So try to experiment a bit with the shirt, and lighten it up with more bleach. And itll look like a really cool unique shirt :)

Yep, its bleach. You cant remove the spots, but to kinda camoflauge the spots, you could tye-dye your shirt so its still wearable ;]
