I would say the cause of your spots is either hormones or diet.


Don't just use a product for these spots it would be better to begin a skin routine so this will not continue.


Firstly wash with mild cleanser then I would say try and get a gel or cream containing benzyol peroxide, Neotrogena do this but you can also get it prescribed and this would be best.


Then a moisturizer as Benzyol peroxide drys the skin.


If you want you can also use hormones pills such as Dianette to work form the inside out.
