if u mean freakles/moles unfortunately u cant do much to get rid of them sori!!
to hide them use a really good foundation, then powder to help keep it on all day.....
to prevent more, put sunscreen on when u go out even if not sunny......u can use spf moisturisers and also foundations with spf - 30plus is best

Don't waste your money on store products. If you can afford it, consult with a dermatologist and ask if a plastic surgeon or he/she can help. They have many kinds of treatments available now. Good luck.
