Spots, anyone know good ways to get rid of them ?

Anyone know any easy and cheap ways to get rid of spots? I am 13 and everyday i wake up i get a couple more spots on my face. i always keep my hair off my face and only were make up when needed and when i do its all natural and very little i have used all types of spot and blackhead creams but they only work for a little bit (2 weeks at the most) and then they come back worse, can anyone help ? ? ?Spots, anyone know good ways to get rid of them ?
The best things you can do are:





-Drink lots of water.


-Get plenty of sleep.


-Steam your face (fill a basin with boiling water and put in some lemon, put your face over if with a towel over your head to keep the steam in) do this 2-3 times a week.


-Wash your face with a good cleanser every morning and night.


-Put moisturiser on each night before bed.


-Get fresh air.


-If you have a fringe over your forehead, clipping it back will stop you getting spots on your forehead.


-Use an exfholiator to get rid of dead skin.


-Don't wear make up on your skin but if you have to use a mineral foundation, which dosn't clog your pores as much and take it of properly before you go to bed.





I do all of these and they have deffinetly made my skin a LOT better :)

i had the same problem and after persuading my mum to take me to the doctors i hardly get them. they gave me this cream you apply to your spots every night.


i also use a daily scrub to get rid of dead skin and blackheads which can block pores.


and just make sure you wash your face twice a day once in the morning and once at night.


i think the cream is called duac (once daily gel) by the way you can only get this on prescription so you will definitely have to go to the doctors sorry!

Try Freederm cream. It's expensive, but if you put it on daily, it should help to keep the spots away! Moisturise, clense and tone skin daily, to keep it in good condition. For the blackheads, I suggest T-ZONE nose strips. If that doesn't work, Neutrogena face wash/ face mask 2 in 1 helps, or if that doesn't work, try some expensive Liz Earle skin stuff.
boots facial scrub, deep skin scrub.. its in a purple tube with a purple lid, its got tea tree oil in and it exfoliates to get rid of the dirt. i use it everyday and im just over coming a big spot outbreak.. it really helps. and even tho its boots own make and not a big brand its really good and cheap aswell. x x
go to the doctors and they will prescribe you with zineryt - it is really good and it works straight away
