i want to get rid of my spots quikly what cream would take a week or so atleast to get rid of them?

hi im a skin and body therapist and i highly suggest u do not use things like clean and clear or clinique they have such harsh ingredients in them - i studied cosmetic science, use something which has no colourings or fragrances if possible.


the most important thing is to wash 2x daily, exfoliate but Not with a scrub as this will spread your spots even more and moisturise.


dermalogica have a product called medicated clearing gel which is the bee's knees for spots and is also excellent for ingrowing hairs

There is a new brightening cream out by Shisheido (Spelling??). It looks promising...
i find clean and clear good but you should try different things to see what works you. it varies with your skin etc
try a diet of fresh fruit and drink plenty of water. start from the inside out. you will be amazed!
There is a product by dermalogica that is brilliant its a clearing gel.
tea tree oil
teatree oil or cream
Don't use clean and clear or clearisil or oxy or anything like that, you'll break out as soon as you start using them. They're good in the long run (except that your skin becomes dependent on them) but really, really bad in the short run.





Use a light facial soap, like dove or clinique, and then use BREVOXYL. Its active ingredient is benzoyl peroxide which is extremely effective in treating spots quickly. It used to be available only on prescription but now you can get it over the counter.





I cannot stress enough that you should not use any harsh facial washes and exfoliaters if you want to get rid of your spots in the short run, they work by bringing all your spots to the surface and then getting rid of them. Good in the long run, very very bad in the short run.
