What are these weird spots on my skin?

when i'm outside i tan really easily but i get like these white freckles. i live in ny now i used to live in florida (for 13 years) and i used to burn like crazy and now this happens. did i damage my skin with all those years of getting sun burnt? what are they? can i tan them away?What are these weird spots on my skin?
does it look kind of like splotchy freckles that start migrating together? it could be tinea versicolor. its a fungus ( not saying you are gross, its in the air and a lot of people get this) that attaches itself to your skin and takes the color out of those areas. it is usually only noticeable when you are tan b/c that is when it shows up. i live in hot humid florida and i have this. i was told to use selsun blue as a body wash and let it kind of sit on your skin. it will help clear it up, but wont bring back the color until you tan again over it. keep doing it until its gone. its a very stubborn fungus and if it doesnt go away you will have to get a prescription for selsun blue. good luckWhat are these weird spots on my skin?
