if i go out into the sun to much i get these little white spots on my face. i am olive tone so i don't understand why this is happening. its been like this Sense i was a little kid. i have tried everything moisturizers and facial creams, i just don't know what to do. do you have suggestions?What are these little spots on my face?
the only solution for you is to stop applying lotions. whenever your skin reacts you should view it as a warning and change your skin routine.
wear sun block on a daily basis when outside when inside wash off chemicals and apply a natural product to your skin like extra virgin olive oil. this will guarantee moisture but without putting silicone on you skin. chemicals are bad for the skin because your skin will absorb it into your system. at least with olive oil all your skin will absorb wil be vitamins and minerals.
P.s sunblock is chemical but it is a necessary evil to protect from damage from the uv rays.What are these little spots on my face?
From your description they sound like freckles. Freckles are caused by the sun so there you go. As for getting rid of them try concealer then a foundation. Try moistrizer with spf too. Good Luck!
PS: You could also try going to a dermitologist.
