i have redish marks on my chin and have small spots on my forehead!!How do i get rid of spot marks and black heads and small spots ??????
Try a blackhead face wash and cleanser. Try applying medicated foundation to cover up these red spots while working on your pimples at the same try Neutrogena. How do i get rid of spot marks and black heads and small spots ??????
the small spots are definately black heads. depending on how sensitive your skin is, buy a facial mask or facial wash that you can use daily to help keep them away. blackheads are just dirt squeezed into your pores. just make sure to wash your face twice a day and keep oil-free makeup. also make sure that the bed sheets and pillowcases you lay on are clean. when you use the face wash, dont use two different kinds because they could end up irritation your skin. just use a washcloth or a face sponge that wont be too rough or too soft on your skin so it can really deep clean. im not sure what to tell you about the redness though since i dont get that. try asking a dermatologist. =)

good luck
there is a cream called protect spots its in semi chem good luck keep it on for 3 days thats what it says on the label
blackheads can be removed with deep cleansing pore strips made by biore and can be purchased at most local drugstores.
I use glycolic peels. They work great!!! Use the link below to get some info.
if you go to boots.com and type in murad there are some spot treatments or there is a little purple bottle clean and clear 15ml that works well.
im an avon sales leader and my daughter gets quite bad blackheads/spots, iv been using the avon clearskin range and it has worked wonders
for the blackheads try blackhead cleansing face wash, and for the spot marks if they are hard to go away, you might try using scar treatment. but if the are pimples try neutrogena brand
wash
Black heads can be easily removed with exfoliating cloths or daily facial scrubs. Small spots should not be covered up by make up or touched a lot. Just wash your face with a light cleanse foam or even hot soapy water. Spot marks are unfortunately hard to get rid of. Use a moisturiser and toner to make your skin look firmer and toned and healthy then the spot marks shouldn't be so clear. Good Luck. xx
use a lotion from a company called Liz earl...

my wife gave some for me to try. i now use all her stuff as she does ablokes range... i am in touch with my feminine side.
try neosporine or clean and clear.
You need to exfoliate 3 times a week. Cleanse and tone every night too and apply a good day moisturizer. If you are over 25, a night cream also.
