the only solution for you is to stop applying lotions. whenever your skin reacts you should view it as a warning and change your skin routine.


wear sun block on a daily basis when outside when inside wash off chemicals and apply a natural product to your skin like extra virgin olive oil. this will guarantee moisture but without putting silicone on you skin. chemicals are bad for the skin because your skin will absorb it into your system. at least with olive oil all your skin will absorb wil be vitamins and minerals.

From your description they sound like freckles. Freckles are caused by the sun so there you go. As for getting rid of them try concealer then a foundation. Try moistrizer with spf too. Good Luck!

I have some brown spots on my face. I don't really know the cause of them. I lived in Colorado for 17 years, where the sun is always strong and I hardly ever wore sun block so it could be sun damage. Don't use heavy make-up, this will only mask the problem, causing yet more clogging of the pores and increasing your acne.





Use a light concealment, then cover it with a small finger tip amount of foundation, just dabbing over the affected area, and smoothing it out with a small piece of cotton wool or cosmetic pad. Then use your normal foundation to cover the rest of the face area, again using only a limited amount, you don't want to 'paint your face' too heavily or this will certainly look unattractive and not give the desired effect.

I'd go to sephora at the mall and they can help you pick something out . It's good to keep acne clean and give it air to breath. So as much as possible I would stay away from make up. But during the time you want to cover it up then go for it! I use Make up forever professional concealer in number 10 . and i have light olive skin or like a light to med tone. But ask someone to help you with the colors if you want. Or check out sephora.com website to find just about everything. I also have mild acne every once in a while and when the acne finally goes away it leaves a brown spot/mark. But before applying the concealer I use a good foundation like laura mercier cream foundation. Theres so many different foundations to choose from . If you go to sephora you can play around with the make up till you find the right shade and type you like .And theres always someone to help you out.
Concealer hides spots. Go to a drugstore or a place where they sell make-up and rub a concealer on ur hand. If u blend it in and it disappears then it is the same colour as ur skin and the best colour 2 get. Put a little foundation on after if u want. To make it stay on longer dust a little translucent powder over your face when ur done. THis also helps to stop makeup spreading onto clothes etc. Mac is a great brand of make up but a little expensive. Try maybelline if not mac. Also try using mineral foundations and other mineral make up. This allows ur skin 2 breathe when u hav it on so ur pores don't get as blocked and u get less spots.

erm if you cba to buy something expensive and if its just a few large ones, toothpaste works a treat!, it dries them out and so they can jsut be gotten rid of, i think you can probalby get somekind of medication from your gp if you really have a problem with them, helped my mate out loads. hope this helps :] and i know spots are annoying but we all get them so you dont need to be that upset by them.

Medicated concealer miss sporty range.
when I get spots (generally time of the month of stress points) I do the following to get rid of them.





I wash my face twice, (once to exfoliate, once to wash) then dab dry.


Then apply origins on the spot. Its 拢10 for a small pot but it really does last and last and last.


After the day I exfoliate again the evening and rinse thougherly.


If the spots arent nearly out or are sore I put on some mopre of the on the spot treatrment.





The next day I wash as normally, then apply a little treatment, and NO foundation. Conceler can be ok, just not too much, and only if you havent picked at it.





If its still there and not reducing the third day, I steam my face for 20 mins, then exfoliate, then wash.





If its still there the 4th day and has made no attempt at going away, go see a doctor,- this has never happened to me! If it is starting to go, repeat the steps again.
bare minerals is good to cover them up, but try retin-a to get rid of them, it helped me a lot

dont pick the spots it will just get worse as the bacteria causes it to spread. And if you crush an asprin with a little bit of water and put that on the lumps it should reduce the swelling and the redness
I used to pop mine. Just make sure all the white stuff gets out and use some hydrogen peroxide so it doesn't get infected. The ones that are deep, no head, but hurt you have to leave alone until they get a head or go away. Clearisel (I don't think I spelled it right, sorry) usually helps with those ones.

Plus size clothing will be very, very difficult to find.


The only stores I can remember specialized in big sizes are the Elena Miro shops in the Colombo shopping center or the Almada Forum shopping center. Also the El Corte Ingles shopping center have some big sizes.

If you have really bad acne it may be scars from the acne so they may fade within time....try a cream for scars.....just be careful that your skin doesnt get worse from using it.....hope this helps u some....neutrogena products work great!
For acne you can use proactiv or clean and clear.
I think that Ambi is used to even out your skin tone, and coca butter to fade dark spots...
try any cream for scars........

Have you changed your diet at all recently? It definitely shows up in your skin.





Anyway i think the best thing you can do is drink plenty of water and i know this sounds odd but don't wash your face too often because it gets rid of the natural oils in your skin.
